Video: Executive Transition at dfusion

I created videos with staff's heartfelt messages to announce the leadership transition at dfusion as former Vice President, Tamara Kuhn, became CEO of dfusion and former CEO, Regina Firpo-Triplett, transitioned to Founding Principal. I guided staff on how to record their personal messages, then edited and posted the videos to social media. The goal was to share the transition in a warm and celebratory way, honoring Regina’s invaluable contributions to dfusion and welcoming Tamara in her new leadership role.
